Be Smart and Backup your Email
If your anything like me you've got thousands of emails on your computer which would be a disaster if you lost them.
How would you get back that important email you sent to your best client or what about the documents that were sent as attachment? Well fortunately we can use good old Google Gmail as a free backup service.
By signing up for a free Gmail account and then simply redirecting/forwarding email from a selected email address on the web server all incoming email are automatically forwarded to Gmail. You can even flag these messages in your Gmail account by applying a label e.g. I add the label work for all my collateit.net emails.
